Bob Burger and Friends will rock you with an incredible Tribute to Tom Petty that covers the entire career of this amazing artist including his work with the Heartbreakers, the Travelling Wilburys and as a solo artist.
Featured songs include such smash hits as Free Falling, Refugee, The Waiting, and American Girl; as well as some special rarities.
In addition to Burger on Vocals/Guitar, the band will include John Merjave (Guitar/Vocals), Jerry Gaskill (Drums), Arne Wendt (Keyboards), and Jon Rogers (Bass).
Bob Burger is an acclaimed NJ Shore and Gold Record awarded singer/songwriter known for his work with Styx, Donnie Iris, Glen Burtnik and The Weeklings whose latest album is in heavy rotation on Sirium/XM radio. Burger has performed with Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Southside Johnny and many others. Jerry Gaskill is a world-class drummer best known for his work with the amazing King's X. John Merjave is a member of The Weeklings, the BeatleFest house band and other national shows performing with Billy Preston, Donovan, Denny Laine and many others. Jon Rogers has nationally toured as a member of Blue Oyster Cult, and is also an awarded television director of major national network shows. Arne Wendt is best known for performances with Jon Bon Jovi, Darlene Love and Bobby Bandiera.
